I just know that if your visa was issued after April 6 2010 you wont be able to apply for an ILR unless you change sponsor !!!

Tier 2 extension and Cooling of Query

Hi Gurus, A quick query on my extension of Tier 2 ICT. I was issued a visa in Tier 2 Established Staff Category for 3 years in Aug 2010. I recently extended/switched my visa under Tier 2 ICT Long term which got extended for next 3 years. I know that i am not eligible for ILR unless i change sponser....
