Re: FLR M FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT - FOUR WEEKLY PAY

Please see the letter from employer below - is it good enough or I am missing any thing - the only thing is concerned to me is not mentioned of hours/week I work and the average gross income worked out doesn't make sense.

Please advise before I post my application

Re: Family Visitor Visa Documents query

We submitted the application on 25th March at Gerrys office. And my family was told not to submit any originals as HO won't return them back. So my family submitted all attested photo copied docs apart from the passport and photos and obviously bank statement original. Got the call from Gerrys on 9t...

Re: Family Visitor Visa Documents query

I recently applied for my mum in Pakistan.
I sent all the docs in PDF format via email - even the invitation/declaration letter and the letter from landlord.
I had no issues with it - visa granted within 2 weeks.

Re: Your visa application @ Abu Dhabi (Ref:1234567)

We did it from Karachi as well.
You don't have to worry - I think their normal processing time is 3 to 4 weeks and in some cases may be longer.
But it also depend on individual circumstances - some are straight forward and some may not be - so that's why they usually take a bit longer.

Re: DL - LOTR refused - Settled Partner & British Children

Thanks for the reply Greenie. I myself never heard about LOTR before - we were in impression that she was granted DL outside the rules in May 2011. Her visa stamp just stated a limited leave to remain and no recourse to public funds. So we put the appeal in process after refusal and requested SAR fi...

As they were born after 2006, your marital status is irrelevant as long as you are named as the father on the birth certificate. Apply using form MN1 (section 1(3)). If they are Pakistani put that or just leave blank. You can send photocopies. Their current immigration status is irrelevant. Many th...
