@ James Adewale, you've done a good job. Be expecting ur residence card back in 2 to 3 weeks time. My case scenario was that I e.mailed d home office on 4th September, they replied through a posted letter on the 5th of September, my residence card was issued on the 18th of Sept and I received it on ...

I wld advice u not to put u mind to d decision being overturned befire d hearing date. From enquiries I nade, it happens in extremely rare cases but miracles happen everyday though. Prepare well for your appeal and if its overturned before d hearing sate, its a plus for u.

You might prove dependency and you might not. What u asked is quite complicated. I yhink you have to travel to spain, live there for a while, invite her to spain bt I think its logical to prove some form of dependency to d spanish authorities in pakistan. All these will add up to the prove of depend...

@ James
I would advice u to wait till d end of september before u start chasing them up so as not to complicate issues for yourself. It wont be nice if they had no intentiin of appealing d judges and u chase them up, and the decoide to ap peal. Please be patient till d end of Sep

@ James adewale, I would advice you to give them 4 weeks and start chasing them up. The silly mistake I made was that I waited 10 weeks before I started sending r.mails to tgem. I e.maile several people in ho bbt they said they can comment on individual applications. The effective e.mail is European...
