Automated emails sent from HO have no legal bearings. You should not rely on them as legal expressions by HO. we were planning to rent it out for 6-8 months but due to unforeseen circumstances it ended being rented for 3 years. As I said we have been living there for a year now, would UKBA query why we weren't living there for 3 years?

CR001, no and no. As the rental was initially for short term I didn't bother declaring it to HMRC. but the property has not been rented out for the past year and only me, wife & our child live in it now. will we face any issues with this??

Visited her 3 times whilst she was there

LIUK passed back in 2011

Done a City & Guilds B1 English exam

Conviction was in April 2011, so I take it it's spent now?

The reason we are applying for another FLR is that she had to spend long periods away from UK for medical reasons.
