I got naturalization certificate on the 10th Nov, hence I am okay to use the Indian passport in December. I sent an email to Indian VFS asking same question and got a reply that it may be difficult to get a surrender certificate if they don't find an entry stamp by UK Immigration on Indian passport....

It was not in the form. Acceptance of PBS printout was mentioned in the old guidance note but this has been removed now. What does it mean. Can't we use PBS now and they made NRIC mandatory
