Hi I am on Tier1 G and due to apply for ILR end of December 2013. My husband is on has been on his own post study visa and switch to my depandant only in March 2013. By the time I'll apply he will be my dependant visa for 10 months only. However we can prove for cohabitation for the last 2 years. Ba...
