Thanks but can we write the 16 long digit numbers continuous without space or dash. Officially, bank card number format has always been separated with dashes in the old days or spaces more recently to make them legible. However, I do not see any reason why they'd not accept any one of the three way...

I cannot see anywhere in the form mentioning photocopies. Why does one need to take photocopies of the passport and the rest of the documents? As it's been said over and over on this forum, no one get called for interview when applying for ILR SET LR, but I have, and just found that article last night. So my guess is the Home Office may want to confirm that I actually took my test myself. @ viganooriah , Kool , thats make sense to me .......
