SAR Request

Can we request SAR report 3-4 months before completing 10 years stay (planning to apply under 10 years long residence)?

Will this early request alert home office in negative way?

I would be interested to find out the same.

As far I know any legal residence except temporary leave is counted towards 10 years long residence.

Please let us know the results when you make an application.

Re: VOLUNTARY LEAVE FROM UK

Yes, you have to inform UKVI of your intention.

Chances are they will keep your passport and will
Only release on the day of your departure.

It usually takes few week to arrange the documents
before you can travel back home.

Re: FLR Refused with no apeal right

Return back to your home country and reapply a tier 4 visa. It is true that chances of securing tier 4 from ur home country would be very very slim but if you stay in the UK and go for JR, I don't see any chance of success.

Change of circumstances form/Tier 4

Dear Gurus,

Can you please confirm whether it is a legal requirement to update your passport details (when you renew) with UKVI.

If yes then, what is the period in which you must report to UKVI?

If a migrant does not report to UKVI what consequence could he face?
