Travelling to Germany on COA right of abode stamped on non eu passport

My son has Certificate of Entitlement Right of Abode under section 2(1)(a)

He was born in pakistan and currently holding Pakistani Passport but COA is stamped on passport.

My question is:

Can he travel to EU countries without visa ?

Official source to confirm If child has certificate of entitlement of Right of Abode stamped on foreign passport under section 2 (1) (a)

That child is exempt from financial requirement when making application of spouse visa

Do you mind sharing?

This is quiet strange, normally if application is refused they only sent passports and then separate emails with refusal letter.

Status of the father was ILR and mother status was Partner route 3 year visa.

Is there a possibility of registering child for citizenship or visa. Father is not cooperative. He is going to file for a divorce.

Will non-EU citizens who hold valid Stamp 4 EU FAM status in Ireland due to being a spouse of a UK citizen still be able to travel to the UK visa free with the UK spouse?

Did he move to the RoI and reside there with his Pakistani wife before 31st January 2020 ? Yes, He has been living with his wife since August 2019. Please advise how to enter UK with British spouse if Stamp 4 is granted in Republic of Ireland today on the basis of British spouse working in Ireland.
