I think you can go for review..... May be it was a mistake from their end. or apply freshly with sufficient proof that its no.1 institute in india and earned recognition worldwide..... or take opinion of moderators\experts............

I've 3 offers and I accepted one offer. after resigning from my present post then only they are talking about escalation and one more point is I will be going for extension in another 20 days. My question here is what will happen if they inform to HO even though i submitted original docs?

Congrats.... I'm also going for extension shortly. Can you let me know what do you mean by employment contact? is it offer letter or employer details or references? did you work only 3 months in your 1st year visa?

As far as my knowledge is considered what john said is correct. you are entitled to NHS and it wont affect your extension in any way.
