Which form to use for a 15 year old MN1 or AN?

Which form should I use for my 15 year old daughter, she was born abroad and has completed 6 years in the UK (5 years as Tier 1 dependant and one year on ILR). As per my understanding form AN is only for18 and older applicants only. Does it mean, I and my wife will use form AN and we will use form M...

Re: Tax documents for Company directors

Thanks for reply. I appreciate your help
Do you think it will be enough to go with P60's and SA302's ? Only document asked by home office from self employed customers is Statement of account. Do you think it will be OK if I go to NCS with P60's and SA 302's in place of statement of account?

I have been filing my self assessment tax returns and company tax returns regularly and have all returns and SA302'S but I am not sure about Statement of account. Is it mandatory to submit Statement of account ? Mod...

Tax documents for Company directors

Based on the current AN form, if you are self-employed; see Section 7, Page 31 "SECTION 7 Evidence of tax for self-employed applicants only The most recent HM Revenue & Customs Self Assessment Statement of Account" I believe company directors are considered self employed for home offic...

In ordinary NCS, they do return the passports but then you need to sent original passports with your British passport application. Do they return passports When you apply for Naturalization and passport at the same time? Is this your first hand experience zahmed05?

Re: Can an ILR be revoked?

I don't think so you can be found guilty in this case, you can lose the case and might pay damages, but it's an apparent offence against you, and you want remedy, so you either won the case or she will get away with rent. its nothing to do with criminal conviction. relax @Not me again ''so you eith...

Re: ILR SET 0 postal applications processing times

@layal70 It can be anything between 6 weeks to 6 months, not a good choice saving just £400 when it comes to get such a big relief in life, just for bloody £400. You will get stressed, some time get panic for nothing just for £400. Just stay strong, although i should be saying shame on you. Not me ...
