Hi I made my application for Naturlisation on10/10 via NCS. My payment was deducted till this weekend. I lost the card i mention in the payment slip over the weekend and i had to block my card to avoid any misusage. I tried calling UKBA and no one picks up the phone. You can leave the gap, in that case the case worker may get confused and may not look that you were on holiday, out of country for that period hence may query the gap. OR You can just put the date until you changed your bank or credit card address. I did not change the details in my bank account , ...
