tier1 visa 5 years completed

hi

i am on ilr settlement visa,my wife is on tier1 general and my daughter (4) is on tier1 dependent.can i claim child benefit for my daughter.does this effect my wifes visa when she apply for ilr.
can anyone please help regarding this.
