Yes, she was eligible but we got busy and had no need to apply earlier. Perhaps should have done. Do you know how much it cost now a days For ILR?

If you met the requirement for ILR you don't need to resubmit. The guidance notes are clear on this. You should submit LIUK test letter though. Thabks but unfortunately I can't use GP or others as they don't know me for long enough. check the list... if not find if any of your friends are contractors and have limited company paying VAT Aha. Also to add, I did enter UK back on 10/01/2011 on Tier 2 (G) which is less than 28 days from the expiry date (15/12/2010) of previous Tier 2 (ICT)....
