Well u can apply for ILR but you have to give strong reason of applying out of time and then it's only in the hands of the case worker but it's better you consult any solicitor as they can guide you better. Well it's not necessary that DX person comes the same day, they can come before or after your passports delivered. So why don't you wait and see yourself tomorrow what was it that was sent to you. It could be anything from your passport to anything else so calm yourself and keep praying. And hope it...

Hi sorry to hear your refusal. If u file appeal within 10 days of receipt of appeal then you will the same rights until appeal exhausts. Hope this helps

As far as I know conviction for non payment of tv licence is non disclosble offence so it will appear on your wife's CRB check. So don't worry about that.

Appeal withdrawn from HO in September 2013.
Business partner got passport n BRP with visa 2 days ago but no news on my application till date. May be tomorrow or by Friday I get my documents and BRP as well. Will update accordingly

@OLa yes it was withdrawn by HO on a day.
@ no we didn't chase
We were kind of waiting for 6 months before we start chasing them and it's almost 6 month now and my partner got the visa two days ago. I hope mine is on the way too
