The test needs to have been taken with an IELTS SELT consortium provider as specified in the immigration rules (appendix o). These do provide A1 tests so best to check yours is valid.
On their own letters from an employer aren't really much use as evidence of employment. You need to give them bank statements showing your monthly salary payments and income tax documents to show they were wrong and that you really are working as you said you were. You have to be able to prove that ...
Also you were not entitled to use the NHS after your visa expired. So if you didnt pay for your medical care during pregnancy/birth/post natal, it would be worth contacting GPs and hospitals to check and pay any outstanding debt.
And you can't work on a visit visa - attending meetings etc are ok, but not work which would seem to be what you are intending given the length of time you need to stay in the UK.
A health care surcharge of 200 pounds per year giving totally unrestricted access to the NHS including someone of any age and with existing health problems is an amazingly good deal. For comparison, I live outside the UK and pay 3000 per year for medical insurance with a whole range of restrictions ...
You might want to check that your company medical insurance will cover all costs relating to pregnancy and birth - some have restrictions on the cover.
As well as have a British Overseas Citizen passport, do you have citizenship or nationality for any other country such as the country you have been living in?
If you are a British Overseas Citizen do YOU have the right to live and work in the UK? The info on Gov.UK seems to say that you don't have this right https://www.gov.uk/types-of-british-nationality/british-overseas-citizen Sorry don't mean to cause unnecessary concern but this does seem fairly clear

This says that the highest level is NQF 8 and thats for PhDs etc : https://www.gov.uk/what-different-qualification-levels-mean So not sure about your NQF 9, maybe you should check with the course provider. Also an MBA is a Masters (Business Administration) so you appear to be wanting to do a second ...
What course exactly do you want to do and how would you argue that it is academic progression in relation to your previous level 7 studies? you would need to be able to do this to try to convince any educational institution
I don't understand why you say this was a mistake. It seems to me that you deliberately made false payslips etc in an attempt to circumvent the immigration rules and deceive the immigration officers about your financial circumstances. How is that a mistake - would you still think it was a mistake if...
Is your girlfriend a national of an EU country? If so then I think she is free to relocate for work. If not, then she will need to obtain a visa to work in the UK with sponsorship from her employer.
I had a quick look and certainly Citizens advice refers to being away from the UK for 5 years. Think they are pretty reliable, so looks like you will be fine, sorry to have caused concern and wish you well with your baby!
I don't think returning Brits who are resident overseas automatically have immediate free access to the NHS when they return to the UK. So you might be asked to pay for the medical costs of delivering your baby. I think this is being reviewed but don't think it has been changed as yet. And of course...
