Thank you. I will extend my visa and apply for PR in June 2014. Its just that I have to pay for extension and again for PR but I guess there is no option. Thank you again.

Definition of qualifying period for ILR / PR

Definition of qualifying period for ILR / PR For Example: Tier 1 General Migrant visa was issued for first time on 1 April 2009 but the person reached the UK on 27th July 2009; i.e. 118 days after the Tier 1 visa was granted. Does this disqualify the 5 years continuous period? Still not exceeding 18...
