I think you have answered your own question. If your agent is useless are you still going to leave your life and career in their hands? At the end of the day you have already paid them to prepare the application, so they can not do anything to you, you have to start taking charge now.

hello all, As expected another in-country rejected application on experience basis. Time Line: application sent 21/06/04 received on 22/06/04 rejected on 31/03/05 received on 01/04/05 Reason: evidence does not show role required basic level of education. Requesting review, will keep you informed.
