Hi guys, Need your help. I was wrongly given a penalty fare notice this week on the London underground. I am due for ILR after 10yrs of stay in the UK in Feb 2017. 1. I actually think the person qualifies for ILR in April 2014. This is because when the appeal was allowed, the tier 2 was backdated to when he applied originally in April 2009 on a 3year visa.
