Please use the form FLR(fp) and make sure you fill the form correctly. Make sure you complete payment page very well. As CR001 as said, there is 10 months gap. When will your curtailment end in this country . Is it July or August.....? If you are not able to get sponsor, best thing is to apply like that for 10 years and you have to write a cover letter explaining the reason you were out of the country for 10 months...

Hi You are not a loser.

Why do you tag your name loser. Anyway, It might be difficult to get ILR and tell us the reason why you were refused Entrepreneur visa. Can you not re-apply . And who knows may be you can get it this time, writing a good cover letter and preparing well for the application.

There are chances you will get it because you applied within 28 days after your withdrawal and the application was successful afterward. That means the period you withdraw and applied till the time you were granted your visa will be counted as legal. Read this link below and page 28 they said if not...

I am not sure about that, but is good to apply at the same time using the right form to depend on you(not sure of the form again) unless she has completed her 10 years.

You are within 28 days to apply for the ILR, you are not short of days. The guy was not delayed, it was part of application process and because there were so many pending applications. You can apply as you said because within 28 days before eligibility are allowed.
