mi3, I think you should state you own this company, "economically active" means that you can support yourself and your dependants without public funds. You will be ok. As I know, self-employed people dont need to set up their business or make profit in the first year. One year is too short...

HSMP extension

I have a question about HSMP extension. Regarding HSMP extension after initial 10 months stay, the HSMP guidance notes that “if you are self-employed, a business plan and evidence that you have established a business bank account will suffice”. Does this mean that HSMP holders need to establish a bu...

I have voted days ago, I chose "applied in May and still wait for the decision". I cannot vote second time, maybe you can move 1 vot to applied in May and decision has been made.

Best luck for you.

Bank statement can be one important evidance as well, but in you case, it is only 30% of pay was transfored inot you account, it cannot be useful for claiming you earning points. You still need to show that you dont use public fund and can support yourself in the UK, so bank statement can be helpful...

I think if you claim gross income, u need the tax return to show that the deduction is tax, normally if you only provide bank statements and payslips or evidence from employer, they only regard the amount of money which was transferred into you account as you past earnings, i think this amount of mo...

income issue

MPG, I think HSMP only considered the amount of money which was paid into you bank account as your earning, was it over the amount of money to claim your points? They did not regard you gross pay as you earning as you did not provide income tax return, i think it is this case from my understanding. ...
