how can they know your answers are right or not? Did you give them your bank accounts, mortgage and loan details, or they get these information from somewhere?

I think they sent out our letters same day, 12th August, you got it in 2 days, so far, I received nothing, I live in South East, but it should not take that long. I think maybe the post lost my letter.

HO said my letter was sent on 12th, one week ago, but not got it yet. I call the again, tney said if I dont get it in 10 working days, I can ask for a new one. I have not any confidence in Royalmail at all.

Postage,

I cannot believe it, they charge us £735 pounds per single application, and send everything by 2nd class post, HO just want to keep every penny in their pocket,worse than me.

Now they dont really take phone calls for people who apply less than 6 months, you can try to press 2 and 3, and that is for people who submiitted application over 6 months, I think they will answer you questions, but they dont have to. nitas, I applied one day later than yours, and I am still waiti...

I called HO today, this time they said my application is still on the queue, but it should be allocated to a caseworker next week. According to current timelines, usually it is this speed.
