Are you applying for an EEA family permit or a derivative Residence Card? You need to show that you have sufficient resource, and the child will not be an unreasonable burden on the UK. Hello Everyone,

Do you know any reliable private health insurance companies where we can get cost effective CSI?

We are in the process of applying EEA FP from Portugal.

Secondly, does any one know what amount of bank statement is required for EEA FP - 2 adults and 2 children??

Yes, I intend to claim child tax credit, CB and housing benefit. But I do not want to breach laws as it says chen cases are not entitled to benefits.

I cannot comment on the European rules very much but I would surmise that would be ok. NRPF is for domestic (UK) applications not EU based ones. Quick Reply!
