Re: IHS payment email for child from India

I received email to pay for my child's IHS, 2 days 'after' my visa was granted. So I guess its just a matter or days between paying for child IHS and visa being granted. Also ignore the 'not straightforward' email its just an automated crap sent after x number of days of application. My wife receive...

Re: UK NAARIC for Spouse Visa

During the VFS appointment in Chennai, they will only collect your wife's passport and her biometrics. Everything else, including the application form that she will take to vfs, will be returned (she just needs to take her passport, signed application form, vfs appointment letter to the appointment)...

Re: Will my spouse visa get refused?

Though not in her most recent application, my wife had missed entering her UAE transit entries in her previous visa application (and passport had UAE stamps). Visa was granted, no issues. My guess is that such minor innocuous mistakes are overlooked by HO as long as they don't appear to be applicant...

Re: UK NAARIC for Spouse Visa

You can do it yourself on behalf of your wife and get it delivered to UK. I did exactly this. But do make sure you give the candidate's details correctly in respective columns. Tip: If you get the certificate directly delivered to India, it is cheaper by £30 as VAT is not charged for foreign deliver...

Your family and Your UK residence status, how long have you been away, how was your financial situation in the last 6/12 months to name a few. And the financial requirements are quite clearly given in the site given below. Woul...

Re: wife and daughter settlement visa from chennai: refused

Congratulations on getting your entry clearance. Did they give a reason for why they overturned their own decision? And yes, we would have much appreciated if you had avoided the 'sting'ing fable recitation. Unlike the frogs in your story, the able moderators here always advice is people's best inte...

Re: Category B - Clarification on if I will qualify

In Category-B, part-1: your last 6 months payslips or earnings are not relevant. If you are going for salaried employment, your employer letter should clearly state what your gross annual salary is and from what date you are earning that, the type of employment (permanent/contract) and that it conti...

I was transferred to my company's India branch for 20 months and returned to UK on 20-Jan-2017 for the same employer's UK branch. All along I have been working with th...

It should be, subject to the degree being comparable to a UK degree. Hello.. My wife and I are eligible for ILR from Jan 1st 2014. Both of us have bachelor degrees from India and both our degrees appear in the PBS calculator and lets us take 10 points. Do we still need to get a NARIC statement? Or ...

But in the Set-O application form, what should be my response to Question 6.1: When did you (the main applicant) f...

It's rather informal, they are not assessing your relationship (so far as you say it's genuine and subsisting). They'll check the form, make certified copies of documents and give you the originals then send the application by special delivery, in order, with covering letters. Will SCS accept only ...
