Yes you can submit on 13 as your 12 months will be completing on 12th :) At the end of online application you would get a checklist and referee signature document (2 pages) which you would need to take a print out and get signed by the referees whom's details you have filled online. your supporting docs list is fine though i don't think you need any income proof or payslips (pbs dependant ilr)

Can they not apply if they enter with in 90 days?

Also if the partner has already been granted Ilr, then are the dependant become main applicants when applying on Set o?

you Paid £7,500.
the scholarship amount, ukba can see from the CAS letter so you don't need to worry.

Hi Jit,

In regard to your questions, yes your wife can switch into Tier 4 and she doesn't have to go back.

Yes you can apply dependent visa but you have to go back to india.
