Re: Shifting Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General

Hi

As far as I know you can't do it inside UK. As the only new tier 2 general can be possibly made by a PSW holder or Tier 4 student.

You have to make a fresh tier2 application from your country

Hope this helps

Re: URGENT! PSW to Tier 2 dependent

Hi,

My friend had same situation like yours, it's not possible to apply as a dependant to PBS holder unless it's an extension under same category. You must make it as fresh application for your dependant outside UK. Hope this helps!

If they put a data prior to your current leave then from that date only your extension visa begins Yes, that's true you can extend a tier 2 visa for 6 years only. After 6 years you must leave ...

Hi amber

Thanks for the post. I called the council and enquired what is it with my account. They said it's not a liability order nor would be an ccj or civil penalty. Do I need to enclose this anyway in my application? Thanks

ILR - Council Tax Liability order/ summons

Hello

Does the council tax liability order or summons makes any impact in ILR application? I've made the full payment to a bailiffs organisation. But I would be eligible for applying ILR in nov 2016 only. So do they check only the past 3 year record at the time of application? Thanks in advance!
