Re: Would this letter from an A-rated sponsor work?

If you are adding your dependant in your extension application, you both don't need to show maintenance.

But if the dependant apply at a later date once after your approval of extension then £630 for each dependant

Wrong DOB PEO Appointment

Dear members,

My solicitors have made an error with my DOB while booking the online appointment for PEO. Now the appointment is booked and we can't amend this as it's already booked online.

Will this cause an issue?

Thanks

Re: Council Tax Issue

Many thanks amber. I'm too thinking same not to declare unnecessary things. I've checked my credit report as well and I don't have any ccj or civil penalty either. I guess I should be ok by not declaring the council issue, as it all sorted already. Thanks again.

You should use Tier 2 General Dependant application form. Your child will need to apply under dependant of your main applicant. Only £630 needed for each dependant for 3 months.

Re: Tier 2 Dependent Visa Online Form Guidance needed

No, you don't have to show funds for you as you have already obtained your visa. You must only show for your spouse £630. Confirm with your company that your job doc code falls under shortage occupation else your dependant application might get rejected if you apply under that category.

Re: Tier 2 Dependent Visa Online Form Guidance needed

I'm not sure your code is right one. It's a 4 digit number listed in the code of practice of skilled workers. Google it and check in that PDF. And yes I believe so your dependant should apply under the same category as yours. The whole point of shortage occupation that they pay reduced fee compared ...

Re: Submission of tier 2 general visa without sponsor letter

If I'm in your position I would do that. But only concern is that may be difficult to track down your application later on to update HO for COS number and things. Did you ask your HR whether they can send you to PEO appointment perhaps you can explain the case worker to hold the application until yo...

Re: Min Salary For Tier 2 General dependent(during cooling o

No, I don't think so. Once you become a PBS dependant visa holder you are allowed to work for any employer. You can take a job with your same employer if they willing to give you a transfer/on-site. Any tie-ups is between you and your employer and it's not necessary that they have to pay you £40k un...

Yes you can apply together. Try request your sponsor to provide maintenance letter for all. If not then you will have to show 3 months banks statement £945 for yourself and £630 for each dependant. Hope this helps!

Mate, your old company is just delaying and wasting your time for nothing. I see from your above post your start date is August 18 and still you haven't joined your new company. As a matter of fact you couldn't able to give a month notice, but as stated above it's nothing to do with immigration. My ...
