I have spoken to the number above.

The answer of my query is ITS DOWN TO THE JUDGE DISCRETION. Even if appeal is allowed only a few application gets a refund.

from my experience i will advice not to assist your friend. A judge is a person of highest respect in our society and lying to them might be a criminal offence.

I have received my visa....I got my passports and biometric permits on 30/10/2013. My solicitor is gone away on holiday and he will return after new year. DO you where I can contact to get a refund.

Hi,

Could some one please help on the following.

I have got the undergraduate and postgraduate degree from UK. My lawfull 10years in UK will be over in september 2014. I will be than applying for ILR using form SET(LR). Do I still need to give life in UK test as I have degree from here.

could any one please help in regards to holidays when you are applying for 10 years long residency using application form SET(LR).

My question is when I travel outside UK do UKBA count the date of departure and arrival in the absence from uk?

I have also heard a figure of 540 days, that one should not be outside UK for more than 540 days over the period of 10 years is that true?
