You can attach your urgent treatment form with your HSMP application, but it won't actually speed up your process. Create the complete workflow from the point it left from you and reached Doncaster, with proofs and try and work with HSMP team to locate your documents. I did send my Urgent treatment form on June 10 through email, and I was amazed to get a response in 15 mins from HSMP saying my Urgent Treatment request has been acknowledged. Lets hope it gets treated soon.

BTW ... I also called HSMP and came to know about my reference number - 0440XX.

I had written to HSMP folks about my reference number and they replied by saying it will take 14 days after credit card has been charged to locate the application in their system. I think this gives us some idea about the backlog as earlier people use to recieve the reference number in few days afte...

I am not very sure if home office consider anything less than a degree as a proof of education. IMHO - I suggest if you have not recieved your degree then you'll have to get a letter for the same from your university.
