No PEO appointments in December

Hi
I was looking to book PEO appointment in Croydon,London for ILR application but could not see any appointments available in December.
This is same with all offices.
Any alternative method to book? Please help.

ILR date , need help

Hi

My wife is on PBS dependent visa and I got my Citizenship recently.
Her first Tier2 dependent visa issued on 31-Oct-2012 and entered UK on 19-Nov-12.

We can apply ILR on 04-Oct-17 right?
Also the form should be SET (O) ?

Please advise.

Hi, It is quite difficult to track the BRP and contact them. only way is to email them or call them on helpdesk. Not sure exactly if there is any alternate. Yes, You can apply for Premium service 28 days before completion of 5 year period.
You will get the decision on the same day and BRP will be delivered in 3-5 days.

Basically you need to provide your Biometric date and the location.
Ex : if it is in india you can say VFS <Location> and the date of your visa application....

You need to provide Sponsorship Letter and maintain adequate amount for last 90 days to cover maintainence for your family.
Also they need to show sufficient documents in home town to prove they will return back from UK .

If you need last 5 years Tax statements, you can contact HMRC and ask for Employment History and Tax statements.
It may take a week or so to get the docs delivered to your address...

It is worth sending Council Tax or Any utility bills on your name to prove your address even though it is not mandatory ..please see below link
