Hi all,

I am currently on Tier2(General) visa with salary above 50,000 pounds. Current visa is for 3 years and I know I can extend it for another 3years under current rules.
Am I eligible ILR? When is the earliest I am eligible to apply for ILR?

Hi Rahul,

If you have been residing in Germany for long time(say over 10-12 months) then you do not need a TB certi. Requirement is based on location of application irrespective of nationality.

If you applying from within your own country, your passport should work as the proof. If applying from any other country, provide your visa copy.

There is no departure stamp while leaving UK. Only arrival stamp in India.What I am not sure is how to present the passport stamps proof with the application. Can someone advise on that please?
