Tier 1 Dependent Visa form who live less than 5year

Hi all

I am applying for ILR end this year under Tier 1 General Visa. My wife is my dependent but she only spent 1 year here in UK and can not apply apply for ILR with me and required extension.

Can anyone inform me which visa form and category she will apply to remain my dependent.

Yes you can

I confirm you can claim the holiday pay as your normal salary income. Holiday pay is part of your salary liable for tax and NI as normal salary.
