Re: ILR eligibility query

Thank you.

So when I am continuing to be on PBS dependant while my wife changes to ILR, my current PBS dependant visa still holds good for all travel and residential purposes?

Cheers

Re: ILR eligibility query

Thanks Zimba.
Do we both have to wait or can we apply separately, she in October and me 7months later?

I read somewhere in the ukva website that the ILR partner can apply if they have lived together in the UK for 5years. It did not mention under which visa category the 5 years need to be completed.

ILR eligibility query

Hi,

My wife is on a T2G sponsored visa since Oct 2014 and I am her dependant since April 2015. I was in UK on a T2G visa myself from march 2013 until April 2015. When my wife applies for ILR in October this year, will I be also eligible for ILR or do I / we have to wait until April next year.

Tier 2 General extension CoS has 5 years, visa 3 years

My Company issued me a CoS for my Tier 2 General visa extension for 5years. I have already working on the T2G visa for the same company for the last 3 years. Considering the maximum 6 years to a T2G stay, can I apply for 5 years visa as well for extension? Would this warrant a refusal due to exceedi...

Tier 2 ICT and ILR

Hi, I have a question regarding the rules for ILR eligibility after 5 years. The rule for exclusion of Tier 2 ICT work permit holders (resident ater the rules of 6th April 2010) from the 5 year continuous residence was compiled in 2012 April. By then there were already many resident workers on the T...
