If We send Two application SET(LR) and FLR(M) to HO, After Successful result of SET(LR), sould we have to send the copy of the ILR to HO for Approval of FLR(M) ? OR They will update and process FLR(M) automatically ?

I think You should talk to HO. Email reply from HO might be longer ! How long it takes email reply from BRP unit Home Office I sent email on Thurday night . Since DX failed to delivery my BRP saying I do not live the address .But royal mail delivery passport without any problem 2nd class tracked.
