I'm not sure about NHS........ I read somewhere in this forum that we need to contribute towards NI but we shall not use NHS until PR is attained.

WOOOW! If someone will transfer a WP into HSMP I would probably be the happiest person........ but sorry mate! its not transferable. For a WP the employer sponsors! for HSMP we should spend... its direct dealing with us and homeoffice. If we score 65 points we get it if not we dont. with WP we can u...

I think LYNN is right! looking at other immigrants owning local shops and working in awesome jobs they seem very successful. Its because they passed this stage of homesickness and have learnt to understand English's english and speak too. May be I should make more efforts to smile and get recognised...

convincing your current employer seems like easiest way.

But they will accept academic reference and try to send notorised copies also. Each application is considered on their own merits they say.

12 months' income and conversion problem...

My salary over the past 12 months is just in the margin to get my 25 points for earnings...

My query is about consolidated per annum's earning in GBP:
is the conversion done on the consolidated annual income or as per the conversion rate on that pay day in payslip???

thanks in advance!
