They have very cheap English courses approved UKBA and look for B1 English test listening and speaking which is very easy and basic one so good luck

But thankfully I had my visa until 2016 so I didn't have visa running out trouble but frankly it was a proper pain as you are going through but be patience and hopefully you'll get yours soon

Infact this is my younger brother's situation and i am planning to see solicitor for legal advice and i am not sure yet what will be the out come but i am still staying positive for all of this situation and if anybody there got any other advice then it will be much appreciated Thanks a lot

Yes they send me an query asking the last 2 years documents, salary slips, bank statements, joint account with wife and joint utility bills and tax documents etc. So that's why it's that late but thankfully at the end got all of it :D

If you claimed points for english at that time then you no need to do that but life in uk test Yes you have to do it but i'm not sure whether HO will grant you ponits for your PGD if it's not on their calculater

Guys don't make yourself confused at all! it's just listening and speaking which is clearly mentioned on ILR form and on guidance notes published by HO so follow that but no need to follow cambridge ESOL which is saying for reading and writing as well

If you applying on 10 years basis then you have to apply by post as there isn't any in person service exist for long residency applications
You should double check with HO about your duration while your passport was lost in 2005 then you got your new visa stamped on your passport by HO

That's right! Non English countries also offer degrees taught in England! then you have to go through Naric etc. If anybody can evaluate their degrees through that's fair enough but it takes bit longer I guess!

Hi,
If you have degree from here taught in english or from any english speaking country then you no need to pass Esol exam to show your english capability but any adult in your family, yes they have to do it, if they also have degree taught in english otherwise
