Dont worry guys! They are just slow. I sent my application on 15th and payment was taken on 30th. 2 days later I saw it on the bank statement too. Just need to wait!

Just wanted to let everyone know that we sent our EEA4 on 4th November 2013 and got the 10 year visa today (13/12/13)
Didnt ask anything, sent back everything. It took a month for them. we are very happy
