Re: Pregnant Spouse

As far as the visa is concerned no difference whatsoever.

Don't forget flight logistics, if she's too far gone to fly when visa is granted then you'll have to apply for the child as well..

I also forgot to ask that if the annual 18600 cannot be met, what other option is available. I've done and passed my A2 today at the Hammersmith branch. Thank you for your reply.

Re: Exception to apply for FLR (FP) within UK as visitor

sorry to interrupt, no intentions of disturbing the post but I need to ask this for learning purposes: so UKVI can refuse FLR(FP) application and deport a non-EU parent and his British child? any idea, under what law UKVI can deport a British child? Breaking the law. No-one said the child would be ...

Keep your tax affairs in order too, you'll be tax resident in both countries given what you've said.

Re: Travelling through Spain to London - Do I need a transit visa?

Hello, I am a Nepalese passport holder and I will be travelling from Brazil to London with some layover in Spain. I am not sure if I need a transit visa. I hold an ILR visa in the UK but I lost my Residence Permit while in Brazil. I applied for and received my one-time entry visa to the UK. I would...

The direct descendant in the asecending line of the spouse of an EEA national will qualify for an EEA family permit, if they are dependent on the EEA national or the spouse of the EEA national.

So your swiping statement may not be correct.

Re: EEA FM Direct Family Member

AIUI mothers-in-law aren't eligible for EEA FP. May i respectfully ask you basis for such conclusion. It does not appear that you are able to come to such conclusion on the basis of OP's post alone. OP's mother may well not qualify, or she may well qualify, but my difficulty is the basis for your c...

Re: Entry clearance settlement spouse visa refused

Might be worth reading through OP's previous posts. @OP, have you submitted SA302 self assessment and do they match tax paid? Reason I ask is UKVI are hot on folks that artificially raised their earnings level to get T1G extension, and then either only paid tax on real earnings or amended SA302 or e...

Re: ILR Refused due to tax amendment

But UKVI says an accountant cannot make a mistake even when accoutant owned their mistake. It is totally biased decision from UKVI. You are responsible for signing off your accounts and tax records, not the accountant. It's the law, the same for anybody so it's unfair to accuse the UKVI of being bi...

Re: Elderly Parent - Settlement Application Refused - Hilarious reason

These visas are denied 99% of the time because;

1. UK does not support chain migration
2. Only granted on most compassionate grounds.
3. Family can relocate to mother if it's so important.

Seems a justified refusal to me, sponsor has choice to make, family or UK life.
