Re: Do any EU countries allow unmarried mothers of British children to live there, without being married to the father?

I think there's maybe Zambrano but doesn't lead to residency - that's for EU route, for UK with Brexit etc, thing are only gonna get tighter.

Wait for others.

Re: T5 YMS > EEA Family Permit

You can't use the Irish route for EEA immigration as dual Brit/Éire citizens in UK are treated as British only for immigration purposes. The way round this is renounce your British Citizenship. Or, relocate to EU and live and work there for about 12 months and return to UK under Surinder Singh route...

Re: Homeoffice once again dint serve me refusal latter

So how come you came to UK on student visa and seemed to only claim asylum when that ended?

Putting it bluntly, seems to me it was a bogus claim, as the HO have confirmed, so now you must leave the UK.

What do you suggest we can do? Cant we explain it on a letter why he had to extend? And he will not be returning as a visitor bu.t rather a dependant the next time he applies
If the reasons are compelling like civil war, tsunami etc yes, should be ok.

What would be the reason in this case?

Re: Visitor visa query

My husband is currently staying in the UK as a standard visitor visa holder (valid until december 7, 2017). Initially on the application, he was only gonna stay here until june (2weeks after arrival) but then circumstances changed so he is planning to go home in november now. Would that be a proble...

Re: British citizen marrying an illegal immigrant

Have you got £60k in savings? If not, you have no way forward realistically. Earnings or savings, ready to stay? Willing to pay? There's no free lunch and you won't be able to marry in UK without posting banns, them telling UKVI and more than likely ending in deportation. My suggestion is he returns...

Re: Marriage Our only option????

No loopholes.

Plus staying the full 6 months in every 12 on visit visa waiver is a no-no too - sooner or later you'll get caught. Visa is for visits not part time residency....

No options I'm afraid.

Seems like OP has had asylum case refused and driving licence revoked.

Some context, also seems OP was on Tier 4 but oddly didn't seek asylum then, of that make what you will.

Well, I did declare and my university visa handling team are the ones who recommended this route. Plus during the entrance I had to declare and explain everything. They didn't object to me entering. But am I suppose to be worried about it? Did you declare it to UKVI though on applying for the visa?
