Yes we did but there was no action or any question etc being sent to me. I am working here full time as a software eng and have never gone to benifits etc. So it seems like they might not asked me or sent me any question.

Re: Which rate is applicable for skilled workver visa inside? standard rate or lower going rate?

if your job is on ISL than you can pay less than 38700£ but if your job is not on ISL list you have to have pay 38700£ or the stander going rate which ever is high for eg: if your job code in skill occupation list says stander going rate is 23000£ your emplyer must have to pay you 38700£ but if your...

I mean to say I am not the part of the payroll of the company. I believe you can't sponsor a relative until unless you are not level 1 user or should not be the part of the payroll of that company.

Re: New DCoS after 4th April 2024 in IT Field

So if the job Code stander rate saying 41000£ can we still pay 38700£ So my understanding is if stander rate is lower we must pay 38700£ if job is not on ISL, but if stander rate is higher we can't pay 38700£ Correct?

WE did applied under new rules in ISL. not it is not needed to be only in ISL. you can apply for job code 3133 or any other SOC code but you need to pay stader rate which is different for each code.

So it means if the JOB code is in skilled worker list and not in ISL but on going rate is stating we need to pay 41000£ we can still pay 38700£ as well? Occupation code Job type Related job titles Standard going rate Lower going rate 1225 £32,500 (£16.67 per hour) £26,700 (£13.69 per hour) 1231 Clin...
