spouse settlement visa : I have googled it up and it seems I fit in that category:

I had applied for FLR M as 'spouse of a person settled in the UK' after my husband got his ILR on 10-year basis. He is now a British national.

I will have to check on my FLR M letter. Mine stated that 60 months must be completed on this visa before applying for settlement.
