Re: Help me praise GOD my application finally approved !!

I think you just need to hope that they don't make a decision on your application for the next 6 weeks so you can go ahead and vary your application to a premium ILR(LR) application. Re: Employee Breakdown Question

Hi All,
Update:
I got my entrepreneur visa extension today. It took 8 months and 18 days with no interview. My IHS wasn't refunded so I had no idea the application had been considered. Special thanks to CR001 and Marcnath. You are life savers! I wish everyone success with their applications.

No Maintenance is required for switching, if the main applicant holds Tier 2.

Points awarded for maintenance
165. You will be awarded 10 points if:
• you currently have entry clearance, leave to enter, or leave to remain as a Tier 2 skilled
worker; or
Many thanks...that's what I thought too.

Re: Urgent: Maintenance Funds for Switching Employers

Does anyone have any thoughts about this? Some people have told us that he is exempt from needing to show maintenance funds as he already has leave to remain in the tier 2 category and he is in the UK so he will be automatically awarded 10 points for maintenance without needing to show maintenance f...

A joint account can be in the Applicant's name and mine A spouse yes, a friend no. Hi CR001, Thanks for your reply. I have just checked the guidance and under part 7 point 167 it states, "If you wish to rely on a joint account as evidence of available funds, you must be named on the account al...

Further to this, can he be added on to my account as a co-signatory to show that he has access to the maintenance funds as a solution?

Urgent: Maintenance Funds for Switching Employers

Hi All, My friend is in a bit of a fix and we need guidance. He is switching employers and is to start a new job in August. His employer has generated a COS for him but he just realised that he requires the maintenance funds of £945 to sit in his account for 90 days in order to submit the applicatio...

Re: Employee Breakdown Question

Are there any advantages of one route over the other? Sorry if I sound pedantic...I'm just trying to make sure I cover all bases. They both lead to the same end result. Super Priority is available for long residence ILR but not for Tier 1 ILR. Long residence requires much less supporting documents....

Re: Employee Breakdown Question

Excellent...thanks. I will be eligible for that by December 2020 which would be 3 months after I'm eligible for ILR(LR) but ILR(LR) seems to save me the hassle it seems. Are there any advantages of one route over the other? Sorry if I sound pedantic...I'm just trying to make sure I cover all bases.

Re: Employee Breakdown Question

Yes I would be applying for 10 years ILR based on long term residency. So employment is irrelevant. There is no 2 job requirement for ILR(LR) Wow...that's a load off my chest. I always thought I needed 2 employees for an additional year cos I have seen some posts referring to that. Could you please...
