The rule is that the bank statements should not be more than 28 days old. Does our application time start from the day we make our online application and payment or when we actually submit the documents at gerry's?

You cannot really track applications anymore. The best bet is to e-mail UKVI and ask for an update, stating the GWF number. ok thnx for helping..
