Hi calvin question still remains same i m permanent residence card holder EUfam 4 for 10 yr and we married for 7 yrs now we want to get devorce she is eu and have PR certificate same time as me we both applied and got it now if we devorce where i stand still need retention after been PR holder thanx

If you already have eufam 4 permanent residency in ireland and you get devorce do u still have to apply for retention of rights jn ireland or not any one have any idea Plz

Basically i got 10 yr on the basis of me been living here legally and working for 5 yrs and my wife exercising her treaty rights for continuous period of 5 yrs i applied for PR 6 months ago for EU form 3 and got now we have a problems in relation i m still confused plz reply cavin
