Happy to inform board member that my EC was approved. I did my interview on December 16, 2005 and was asked to come in today Monday 19/12/2005 to collect my passport with approved EC. gautat, You can appeal for a review of the decision although it might take longer time to process. Maybe up to three months. Your gross salary will be used. They will also require evidence to prove that the said salary was subjected to tax. However, were such salary is exempted from tax, then you will need to provide evidence that it not taxable.

The first reject was on Work experince and Earned Income. The Work experince was approved in my first appeal while the earned income got approved in my second appeal.
