I heard it is now possible to switch to PBS Dependent from Tier-4 General category inside UK? Can anyone confirm this? Also please share your experience if you have switched category after 1 Oct 2013.

I am in UK as Tier 4 General student.My husband was my dependant.He went back to India and got Tier 4 General visa on the basis of Masters course in University. I heard about new Rule that from 1st October 2013 the new rule will allow to switch as PBS Dependant in country. my leave will expire end ...
