P60 and salary slips both are from same source (from employer). That is why if you are submitting last 12 month salary slips then there is no logical point to ...

Re: Passport Validity for ILR

It has to be valid at the time of application. UKBA issues biometric card that is why they don't bother for more than 6 months passport validity for ILR.

Re: doc required for cohabitant

Hi Suchita I got my ILR on 10th Feb at PEO Croydon. You need to establish the fact that you and your husband both are living together since you extended your visa (last 2 years in case of Tier-1 general). I was told by PEO contact centre that one needs to submit 6 individual letters(for both of you....

If you don't have any joint letter then try to arrange 6 individual letters for both of you for last 2 years. These letters should be from three different sources like council, bank and utility (landline bill, electric bill ,TV License etc).

Re: ILR Success at PEO Croydon on 10th Feb 2014(Tier-1 Gener

As far as Cohab docs are concerned, you need to show for last 2 years(since you got your extension). It should be from 3 different sources. I provided 7 joint letters for last 2 years which were on my name and my spouse name. Ideally there should be 1 joint letter for each 4 months. If you don't hav...
