I agree with Yodiyokun

I dont think it is useful to attach a project of expenditure at the HSMP approval stage, it may be useful afor assesment at the EC stage, even at that; a lot of applicants have crossed at EC stage without it

a good number of people on this forum applied directly without using any immigration laywer, however if you are not too confident about your skills at putting the application together or you are too busy to go through the stress then go hire one.

If you need to enter the UK before your HSMP visa date then I presume that would amount to visiting and you would need to get a visit /tourist visa if you are a visa national.

Hi Yodi,

I would advise thet you withdraw your student visa application and apply for HSMP.

HSMP definately covers Student visa, so you do not need the student visa again
