Just to update my original posting.

I have managed to gain stamp 1A at Calais port with my family and we are in the UK now and just like to say a big thanks to Obie and others. and thanks to the moderators for this great forum. cheers everyone!!!

An appeal would take 6 months or more and that puts me off from appealing...... But i think it might be the only solution to it as you said.
