Hey guys...need help.. my visa is getting expired on 22nd Dec and my partner's on 11th Jan... we were not able to open joint account here now we are showing 3rd party statement we got everything ready....we manage to arrange all the require docs from bank...specially those which normally banks refus...

plz read the policy guidelines ...its clearly says "not more than 3 months"....

from one of my frind they ask how many employees r working in ur company...

hav u got the required docs from bank or not...did u submit 3rd party consent letter verified by a pakistani lawyer???if yes than try to defend ur case on this bases saying its not the policy of pakistani banks ....

i asked the same question 4 weeks b4 and one of the guy answered me it wil b ok bcz they got visa based on the same sanrio...now i m in derby n my partner is in london...my company is registered in london and bla bla bla....i dont think there wil b any prob...but try to open JA and business account ...

if money is taken out from Joint account.and trasferred to business account then u guys need to provide evidence of this like director has given loan to the company...now in ur case as ur application is already wid ho...its better to wait..but if ur seriously running a business than u can take ur mo...

if the uk bank is ready to give u the same document which is required by the 3rd party from pak or india.... which seems to me honestly impossible... specially this text... the account no.........is fully accessible to miss......and she can disposed its full amount in uk at any time.... hope it will...

the only thing which can help u is give them a solid reason why u need this..like any documented evidence to make it according to ur req...go to policy guidance and find out there...or pray to ALLAH.

If we show 3 rd part statement from Pakistan what documents we need from bank?? N importantly any specific text in those bank letters???

hey i m on the same stage...trying to open a account...my accountant advise us to open joint account although its a pain taking process...bt its much better for u guys to open it as soon as opssible...
